Shipping policy

RETAIL ORDERS

• Free shipping on retail orders over $50.00.
• Pre-calculated shipping rates apply to all orders under $50.00.
• Orders are generally shipped within 1-3 business days, Monday - Friday, using USPS standard delivery of 2-7 business days. 
• Shipping delays caused by USPS or other carriers are out of our control. 

WHOLESALE ORDERS

• Free shipping on wholesale orders over $300.00.
• Calculated weight based shipping applies to all orders under $300.00.
• Wholesale accounts will be billed separately for shipping costs.
• Orders are generally shipped within 15 days, Monday - Friday, using UPS, FedEx or other commercial carrier. 
• Shipping delays caused by carriers are out of our control.
